Delivery charges & estimated delivery times
Last UK orders for Christmas delivery need to be received by Wednesday 17th December - orders taken after these dates will continue to be fulfilled but are unlikely to arrive by Christmas Eve. Royal Mail are very busy this time of year, so we recommend getting your order in before this date.
Europe and the rest of the World:
Last orders for delivery to European destinations need to be received by Thursday 11th December and for the rest of the World orders need to be received by Thursday 4th December.
All our UK orders are sent recorded - should anything not get signed-for, it will be returned to us and we will resend to you as soon as possible.
(It may be worth contacting your local sorting office prior to contacting us - it has been known for items to be returned without cards being left at the delivery location)
Estimated delivery times (for in-stock items)
The following is a guide to our postage and packaging charges, and estimated delivery times. Please note: estimates are calculated from when your payment has cleared.

UK (FREE): 7-10 working days
Europe (£3.00): 10-17 working days
International (£5.00): 15-21 working days
If a product is out of stock, we will advise as to when we expect delivery and send it out as soon as stock is received. If further delays are anticipated we will notify you by email and ask that you reconfirm whether you would still like to continue with your order.
Overseas
We accept orders from most overseas addresses - these can be found listed in your basket page. Orders must be paid for by credit card. Local import duties may be payable on receipt.
Foreign Order Internet prices will not take into account any VAT reductions you may be entitled to. These will be taken off by DRTM Limited and a copy of your ex VAT invoice will be dispatched with your goods.
