Guarantee & returns policy
We hope your shopping experience at Sparratease.com is quick, efficient and satisfying, but if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return item/s from your order for an exchange or refund at any time within 28 days of receipt on condition that items are returned in the original condition that you received them. We will not accept any goods back after they have been washed unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged or that has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.

Please note we are only able to refund your return shipping costs if you received a wrong item or if the item is faulty.

Returning goods
Please print off the order summary emailed to you when placing your order, indicating which item/s you are returning and why, as well as stating whether you would like an exchange or refund. It is recommended returns are sent by recorded delivery. Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Refunds on gift orders can only be issues to the original buyer - if you decide to swap an item, we can't stop the buyer knowing. Please allow 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been received by us. All 'Sale' items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. For further information, please refer to our legal statement on returns.

Stock Availability
Availability can be checked online when browsing the catalogue. We cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, but if something is out of stock, we will try to give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
