All credit and debit card payments are processed via a secure server by Protx for DRTM Limited.

Protx provide VeriSign-certified e-commerce payment and security services that are among the most advanced in the industry, and ensure sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted database that is protected by multiple government approved firewalls, all ensuring the highest level of security possible for our customers.

Address and card verification
We also carry out address and card verification checks as part of our purchase process. This helps authenticate that the person placing the transaction knows the true cardholders address or is in possession of the card, reducing the risk of fraudulent transactions.
Address verification requires you accurately enter the address your payment card is registered to prior to entering you card details, whilst (CV2) card verification means that we ask you to enter the last three digits of the number on the signature strip found on the reverse of your credit or debit card.

The verification of these details is unlikely to inconvinience you in your purchase, though we may occaisionally place a random call to customers for confirmation over the telephone.
Both of these measures greatly reduce the risk of fraud from stolen card numbers, one of the most common methods of online fraud.
